Delta Media Group began in 1994 in Portland, Oregon as Delta Group, Inc. In August of 2000, Mike Minard (President) & Jonathan Blood (Vice President) along with two industry experts, Jim Bray and Ernie Blood, acquired the company and moved all assets and services to Barberton, OH.
At that time, Delta Media Group was a real estate website developer ahead of its time in regards to vision and functionality, but lagging in implementation.
Through the first few years after the acquisition, Minard and the Delta Media Group team took the original philosophy of the Delta Doors and Property Pursuit systems and moved them to a scalable and stable platform to better serve the needs of the real estate brokerages they worked with. In the process, they developed what has now become one of the most profitable tools in real estate technology. Delta Media Group's real estate website and lead management systems are utilized across the nation by some of the largest and fastest-growing brokerages in real estate.
Delta Media Group, Inc. continues today under the leadership and vision of Mike Minard and Jonathan Blood. Delta Media Group is located in Canton, Ohio, where it is scheduled to open a new headquarters and data-hosting center in March 2009.
